Legal Basis

In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 129 of 2014 concerning Home Schools, namely:

Article 4

• The results of Home School education are recognized as equal to formal and non-formal education after learners pass an examination in accordance with national education standards.
• Every person who has received an award equivalent to the results of formal and non-formal education as referred to in paragraph (1) has the same and equal eligibility to be able to enroll in higher education units and/or enter the workforce.

Article 12

• Home School students can take UN/UNPK at formal or non-formal education units approved or appointed by the Local District / City Education Office.
